Hi - welcome to my photo site! I feel privileged to live in Galway and I spend much of my time taking photographs of the landscape, nature, culture and heritage of the west of Ireland.

Most images here can be bought as large prints, and the landscape images look really good when printed large (but then, I would say that, wouldn't I). At the very least, I hope the images here inspire you to visit some of the places or buildings featured here.

To view galleries and/or purchase a picture, hover your mouse over the Galleries menu option above - you will see a selection of galleries organized by county and then location (example, Galway County -> Kilmacduagh). Don't worry about the watermarks - the copyright info only appears on this site - they are not on the final images. You can also browse pictures by keyword (the bigger the word appears, the more pictures with that keyword exist). It more of a fun thing than a useful way of finding images - click on the Browse button on the top of the page.

They say that a picture can tell a thousand words - sometimes I nearly use that many to describe a photograph! You'll find pictures with stories [mainly about the west of Ireland] at my blog - North Atlantic Skyline - there is usually a new entry every few days. And if you can't visit the west in person, you can always visit it vicariously through my site.

If you get stuck or if you cannot access a menu option, just click on the "Home" button above, and it will bring you back to the front page again. If you arrived here via my blog (North Atlantic Skyline), you can get back there by clicking on the Blog button above.

Thanks for stopping by,
